The colors of FALL..

How is that when September rolls around, it just feels like summer is over? With the kids back to school and all provincial parks closed after labour day week-end, it certainly does not feel like summer vacation any longer. Less extra curricular activities and now we are all back to regular routine. My six year old son, now in the swing of going to school every day, insists summer is over!!

Ok, so let's look ahead to Fall. There is so much to explore. What a wonderful palette of colors to experience. We all know from the fashion magazines that PURPLE is the Hot color of choice. Everyone SHOULD own one article of clothing in Purple. After all, it is a color that looks good on everyone. Let's also look at complimenting shades of purple, with charcoal and black.Another color to experiment with is cobalt blue and tones of this ROYAL family.So many skin types can wear this regal color. It pairs up beautifully with with navy and makes black powerful. Now for all women who adore the EMERALD and I am not talking the gem, you will be happy to see it again in this years line up of gowns and separates. It has become an important color to coordinate with every ones favorite...BLACK. For those who worship RED, it is back in fiery shades and the many have berry undertones. A great color to team up with Black and the earthy BROWN of the season.
